These are yummy yum yum!

Bite sized chocolate nibbles on pop sticks. These are a big hit in our house at the moment and have been all summer long. There really quick to make and take very little in the way of ingredients, you can also tweak them to personal taste.

WHAT YOU NEED
> Chocolate Angel Delight (one pack made about 3/4 trays - it went far!)
> 300ml Milk (makes one pack)
> Ice cube tray (Mine made 15cubes which are around 2cm square)
> Pop sticks
> Toppings - Things like chocolate dots, crushed nuts, sprinkles etc work well
> Gingerbread (i crushed gingerbread for the bottom of the pops)

WHAT YOU DO
> Mix up your Angel Delight mixture as per the packet
> Crush gingerbread (or any other biscuit) and sprinkle a small amount in the cube tray
> Fill the ice cube trays with the Angel Delight mixture level to the top
> Set in freezer (i only had to leave them for around 30min due to the small size) for them to be solid enough to hold the pop sticks
> Set your pop sticks in the Angel Delight mixture
> Sprinkle your toppings around the stick
> Pop them back in the freezer until frozen (this only took around an hour)
> Eat! Yum.
